• Payment information — handled directly by our payment processor (Shopify). We never see or store your card details.
• Usage information — pages visited, referrer, device type, and approximate location via standard web analytics.
• Cookies — used to remember cart contents and measure site performance.

• To fulfill and ship your order
• To respond to support and warranty requests
• To send order updates and, if you opt in, occasional product news
• To improve the store and prevent fraud

Who we share it with

We share only what is necessary with: Shopify (payments and order management), our shipping carriers, our email provider, and our analytics provider. We do not sell your personal information.

Your rights

You can request a copy, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing privacy@aurabeam.com. California and EU/UK residents have additional rights under CCPA and GDPR respectively.

Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and consumer-protection law. Marketing preferences are retained until you unsubscribe.
