Processing time

Orders placed before 2pm ET Mon–Fri ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm ET, on weekends, or on US holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery estimates (United States)

• Standard shipping: 3–6 business days — free
• Expedited shipping: 2 business days — calculated at checkout

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order leaves our warehouse. If you haven't seen it within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder or email support@aurabeam.com.

International

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia. Rates and duties are calculated at checkout.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
