How to start a return

1. Email support@aurabeam.com with your order number.
2. We'll email you a prepaid US return label within 1 business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
4. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the return.

Condition

Returned units should be in resellable condition with all included hardware. Light installation marks are fine — we understand you had to try it.

Need a different pack size? We'll swap it free of charge within the 30-day window.
