12-Month Warranty

Every AuraBeam is covered by a 12-month full replacement warranty starting on the delivery date. If your unit fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll replace it at no cost — no return required for confirmed defects.

What's covered

• LED array failure
• Battery cells not holding a charge
• Solar panel efficiency loss beyond 15%
• Motion sensor malfunction
• Water ingress despite IP65 rating

What's not covered

• Physical damage from impact, misuse, or animals
• Damage from installation errors (mounting to unstable surfaces, etc.)
• Cosmetic wear
• Loss or theft

How to file a claim
